US 17 resurfacing is nearly complete with construction. Connelly & Wicker provided Highway, Engineering, and Design services for the referenced project that spanned from West River Road to the Clay County line in Putnam County. The design for this 9.0-mile project included widening to provide a bicycle keyhole lane at Palmetto Bluff Road.
