Connelly & Wicker was responsible for providing conceptual site planning, civil engineering, and permitting applications to create a site plan, and provide engineering services in conjunction with the architect and landscape architect, stormwater management design, water and wastewater utilities design; ADA and Fair Housing compliance. Agency coordination included site permitting with Nassau County, JEA, St. Johns River Water Management District, and Florida Department of Environmental Protection for the 50.03-acre Single-Family housing community. The total project has 122 units in Nassau County, Florida.
