Connelly & Wicker | PRIME AE was responsible for providing conceptual site planning, civil engineering, and permitting applications to create a site plan, and provide engineering services in conjunction with the architect and landscape architect, storm water management design, water and wastewater utilities design. Agency coordination included site permitting with Nassau County for the 2.32-acre office complex. The total project has 6 buildings planned with 126 parking spaces in Nassau County, Florida.
