Connelly & Wicker | PRIME AE was responsible for providing conceptual site planning, civil engineering services, and permitting to provide a site plan and engineering services in conjunction with the architect and landscape architect, storm water management design, water and wastewater utilities design; ADA and Fair Housing compliance. Agency coordination included site permitting with the City of Jacksonville for the 13.53-acre apartment community. The total project has 270 units with 500 parking spaces and over 72,640 SF pf active recreation area in Jacksonville, Florida.
