Connelly & Wicker | PRIME AE was responsible for providing site planning, engineering, landscape, permitting, and limited contract administration services on the referenced 16,700 SF building for the Diocese of St. Augustine with parking and potential building expansion. Agency coordination included site permitting with Nassau, JEA, St. Johns River Water Management District, and the Florida Department of Environmental Protection for the proposed 23.3 acre site and the building off of Spine Road.
