Connelly & Wicker | PRIME AE was the designer for the new lighting in the City’s business district. Connelly & Wicker worked with the City of Keystone Heights to select a decorative light fixture for the project. The project required the preparation of lighting calculations for the roadway and pedestrian crosswalks. Assisted the FDOT with utility coordination, including a Utility Work by Highway Contractor agreement with the Clay County Electric Cooperative.
