Connelly & Wicker | PRIME AE was responsible for providing conceptual site planning, civil engineering, and permitting applications to create a site plan, and provide engineering services in conjunction with the architect and landscape architect, storm water management design, water and wastewater utilities design. Agency coordination included site permitting with the City of Jacksonville Beach and the Florida Department of Environmental Protection for the 5-story hotel with more than 35,214 square feet situated on a 0.99-acre site. The site is in Jacksonville Beach and completed construction in February of 2023.
