Connelly & Wicker | PRIME AE was responsible for providing conceptual site planning, civil engineering, and permitting applications to create a site plan, and provide engineering services in conjunction with the architect and landscape architect, storm water management design, water and wastewater utilities design; ADA and Fair Housing compliance. Agency coordination included site permitting with St. Johns County, the St Johns River Water Management District, JEA, Florida Department of Environmental Protection, and the Environmental Protection Agency for the 17,055 SF single-family community. The total project has 325 single-family lots with 244 front-loaded products and 81 alley-loaded products in Nocatee, Florida.
