Connelly & Wicker | PRIME AE was responsible for providing conceptual site planning, civil engineering, and permitting applications to create a site plan, and provide engineering services in conjunction with the architect and landscape architect, storm water management design, water and wastewater utilities design; ADA and Fair Housing compliance. Agency coordination included site permitting with Polk County and the Florida Department of Environmental Protection for the 5-section single-family home community. The project is sectioned into North, East, Central, West, and South in Polk County, Florida.
