Connelly & Wicker | PRIME AE was responsible for providing consulting, planning, engineering, and permitting services to design and produce a site plan in conjunction with the project manager, the landscape architect, storm water management design, water and wastewater utilities design. Agency coordination included site permitting with the City of Jacksonville, JEA, and St. Johns River Water Management District for the referenced project.
