Connelly & Wicker | PRIME AE was responsible for providing site planning, engineering, landscape, permitting, and limited contract administration services on the referenced 238,709 SF project for the Diocese of St. Augustine with parking and potential building expansion. Agency coordination included site permitting with St. Johns County, JEA, St. Johns River Water Management District, and the Florida Department of Environmental Protection for the school off Palm Valley Road.
