Connelly & Wicker | PRIME AE was responsible for providing conceptual site planning, civil engineering services, and permitting to provide a site plan and engineering services in conjunction with the architect and landscape architect, storm water management design, water and wastewater utilities design. The project has two 6-story buildings in the US Virgin Islands.
