Connelly & Wicker | PRIME AE was responsible for providing site planning, engineering, and permitting services in conjunction with the architect and landscape architect, storm water management design, water and wastewater utilities design; ADA and Fair Housing compliance. Agency coordination included site permitting with the city of Jacksonville, JEA, St. Johns River Water Management District, the Florida Department of Transportation and the Florida Department of Environmental Protection for the single-family home community. The total project has 346 lots in Jacksonville, Florida.
