Connelly & Wicker | PRIME AE was responsible for providing civil engineering services, permitting, and landscape architecture. Our effort included storm water management design, water and wastewater utilities design; and ADA / Fair Housing compliance. Agency coordination included site permitting with the City of Jacksonville for the 9.74-acre apartment community. The total project has 370 multifamily units with 555 parking spaces in Jacksonville, Florida.
