Connelly & Wicker | PRIME AE was the designer of the new right turn lane on Joeandy Road at the Atlantic Boulevard (SR 10) intersection for the City of Jacksonville. The project required the addition of a retaining wall to avoid impacts to adjacent property owners. The project included ADA, drainage structure modifications, utility coordination, signing and pavement marking, and signalization improvements. Responsible for the preparation of the maintenance of traffic plans and the preparation of the bid documents.
