Connelly & Wicker | PRIME AE was responsible for providing site planning, engineering, landscape, permitting, and limited contract administration services on the referenced 6,500 SF+/- building for Hardage-Giddens with parking and potential building expansion. Agency coordination included site permitting with St. Johns County, JEA, St. Johns River Water Management District, and the Florida Department of Environmental Protection for the proposed building and potential expansion off of Race Track Rd. and St. Johns Pkwy.
