Connelly & Wicker | PRIME AE was responsible for providing conceptual site planning, civil engineering, and permitting applications to create a site plan, and provide engineering services in conjunction with the architect and landscape architect, storm water management design, water and wastewater utilities design; ADA and Fair Housing compliance. Agency coordination included site permitting with the City of Jacksonville for the 10.46-acre apartment community. The total project has 240 units with 329 parking spaces and over 51,212 SF pf active recreation area in Jacksonville, Florida.
