Connelly & Wicker | PRIME AE was responsible for providing civil engineering services for the referenced project. The project included widener lanes, an 8-foot shared-use path for pedestrians and bicyclists, and an 8-foot fence along the southern right-of-way. In addition to the safety and connectivity improvements, there is also a new drainage system and improved water and sewer facilities. Agency coordination included site permitting with the City of Atlantic Beach.
