Connelly & Wicker | PRIME AE was responsible for providing site planning, engineering, and permitting services in conjunction with the architect and landscape architect, storm water management design, water and wastewater utilities design; ADA and Fair Housing compliance. Agency coordination included site permitting with St. Johns County, St. Johns River Water Management District, the Florida Department of Transportation, and the Florida Department of Environmental Protection for the multi-family home community. The total project has 280 lots in St. Johns County, Florida.
