Connelly & Wicker was responsible for providing civil engineering services, permitting, and landscape architecture. Our effort included storm water management design, water and wastewater utilities design; and ADA / Fair Housing compliance. Agency coordination included site permitting with the City of Jacksonville for the 9.84-acre apartment community. The total project has 322 multifamily units with 493 parking spaces in Jacksonville, Florida. The project scope also included reducing the size of the existing traffic circle to accommodate sufficient depth on the access drive into the development.
